Position Overview

The Heavy Equipment Technician will be responsible for conducting repairs and maintenance on a variety of heavy machinery, including on-road and off-road vehicles, pickups, construction tools, as well as concrete plants and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute equipment repairs and preventive maintenance efficiently and safely.

· Assist in performing comprehensive maintenance inspections.

· Document work orders and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.

· Identify, document, and report any equipment issues.

· Provide support to mobile work teams and assist with various operational tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

· At least 1 year of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician.

· Solid technical expertise and mechanical skills to service a range of equipment from heavy machinery to small engines and tools.

· Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

· Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and hydrostatic systems.

· Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

· Collaborative team player focused on common objectives.

Requirements:

· Adherence to all company safety policies and procedures is mandatory.

· Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage is required.

· Compliance with the company's drug and alcohol policy, including pre-employment testing, is essential.

· Must follow all company policies.

· A valid driver's license, along with a heavy trailer endorsement or airbrake certification, is considered advantageous.
