Job Title: Dean of Business School

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Dean of Business School at the University of Windsor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business school and contributing to the university's mission to provide high-quality education and research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the business school and develop strategic plans to achieve academic excellence and growth.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the quality of academic programs and services.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop faculty and staff to support the business school's mission.
  • Collaborate with other university departments to promote interdisciplinary research and education.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure the financial sustainability of the business school.
  • Represent the business school at university and external events to promote its reputation and interests.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in academic leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of academic excellence and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
