The University of Windsor seeks a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Dean of the School of Business. As a key member of the university's senior leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the school's academic programs, research initiatives, and community engagement activities.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the school's academic programs and research initiatives.
  • Lead and manage a team of faculty and staff to achieve the school's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other university departments and external stakeholders to promote the school's programs and services.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure the school's financial sustainability.
  • Recruit and retain high-quality faculty and staff to support the school's academic programs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the school's compliance with university and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the school at university and external events to promote its programs and services.

  • Ph.D. in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in academic administration, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a higher education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets.
  • Knowledge of university policies and procedures.
  • Ability to represent the school at university and external events.
