Key Responsibilities- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Manage budgets and expenditures
- Supervise other workers
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare meeting minutes
- Establish office procedures and routines
- Plan and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct performance reviews
- College/CEGEP education
- 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and workload. They will be required to work with minimal supervision and have a strong attention to detail.
