Maintenance Operations Supervisor

Job Summary
The Facility Operations Frontline Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our club facilities. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with our Facility Operations Manager to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including the grounds and surrounding areas.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Participate in safety training and inspections to stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Collaborate with the Facility Operations Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-4 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to operate basic machinery and tools.
- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet business needs.
