Job Title: Account Relationship Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Relationship Coordinator to join our team at the British Council. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts to meet business-related targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships and identify needs with key accounts to enhance opportunities and meet business targets.
  • Proactively resolve issues, add value, and ensure delivery on expectations.
  • Execute the country key account strategy and plan on a daily basis.
  • Oversee account relationship activities of partner test centres and develop business opportunities within geographies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Local language skills to the CEF C1 level.
  • English language skills to the CEF C1 level.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and partners to build mutual understanding and trust.
  • Experience of actively identifying needs and enhancing opportunities with institutional clients.
