Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright Mechanic to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Mississauga facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues with motors, pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.
  • Utilize excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure high-quality mechanical operations, standards, and controls.
  • Provide technical support to lower-level technicians and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a millwright or similar role.
  • 8000 hours of experience and a certificate preferred.
  • Proficiency in electrical systems, logic controllers, and industrial electrician work.
  • Strong physical condition, able to lift 50lbs.
  • Ability to operate man lifts and fork trucks.
