Parts Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Davidson Contract Services.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a positive sales experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to customers and colleagues
- Conduct sales calls to promote products and services
- Set up displays of retail parts and accessories to showcase products
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts
- Maintain accurate records of inventory control and sales data
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory of equipment and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory control software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
