Parts Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Davidson Contract Services.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a positive sales experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, conduct sales calls, and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records on inventory control systems, set up displays of retail parts and accessories, and maintain inventory of equipment.
- Sales and Marketing: Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, provide customer service, and maintain professionalism in customer interactions.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or inventory management.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Inventory control software and internet skills.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
