Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Audits: Conduct moderately complex audits, including drafting audit reports, presenting issues to the business, and discussing practical solutions.
  • Develop Audit Reports: Draft audit reports and present issues to the business while discussing practical cross-functional solutions.
  • Meet Deadlines: Complete assigned audits within budgeted timeframes and costs.
  • Risk Management: Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risks.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements, including the development of automated routines.
  • Compliance: Apply internal audit standards, policies, and regulations to provide timely audit assurance and influence audit scope.
  • Relationship Management: Develop effective line management relationships to ensure a strong understanding of the business.
  • Independence: Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup Inc., its clients, and assets.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in audit, risk management, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Subject matter expertise regarding audit technology's application.
  • Project Management: Effective project management skills.
  • Influencing and Relationship Management: Effective influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Unbiased Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University Degree: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
