Role Description and Expectations

The Senior Copywriter is responsible for developing creative concepts and copy for advertising and promotional campaigns. This includes working closely with the Creative and Client Service teams to ensure that all marketing strategies and objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that meet client objectives
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Client Service teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and advertising
  • Supervise the work of junior creatives and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, engaging, and meet client expectations

Key Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent creative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or advertising
  • Experience working with healthcare clients is an asset
