Position Overview:

The Senior ERP Systems Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the ERP team under the guidance of the Director of Enterprise Applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and enhancement of the technological assets related to information systems at Green Infrastructure Partners Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard the security and confidentiality of all data managed by the Information Technology (IT) department, ensuring compliance with operational standards and regulations.
  • Maintain the integrity and ongoing protection of the company’s information systems technology assets.
  • Embark on promoting and embodying the corporate culture and core values throughout all job functions.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business requirements; evaluate customer processes to identify potential business solutions or areas for improvement across various functions, and propose effective solutions. Facilitate the collection and documentation of requirements, ensuring comprehensive records are maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with ERP development teams on the design, creation, and testing of business applications and reporting tools.
  • Implement system enhancements, manage change requests, and oversee break-fixes, patches, and updates. Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate changes to align with business objectives and testing criteria.
  • Deliver training tailored to the audience's needs and document solutions effectively.
  • Create operational procedures, establish knowledge databases, and maintain functional documentation.
  • Adhere to strict policies regarding approvals for changes related to security, enhancements, break-fixes, and production modifications.
  • Provide continuous support, including troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
  • Lead and assist in the integration and implementation of new business units and companies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation pertaining to project assignments.
  • Utilize a solid understanding of organizational roles and relationships, leveraging available resources, including vendors, to address issues effectively.
  • Manage a diverse workload through effective prioritization and communication with end users and team members.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development, implementing best practices, and staying informed on legislative requirements.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with ERP systems, with a preference for JD Edwards (JDE) Enterprise 9.2.
  • Comprehensive experience in full ERP implementation and lifecycle management.
  • Expertise in at least two of the following modules: Financials, Project Management (Job Cost), Distribution, and Manufacturing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLookup, Macros, etc.).
  • Bilingualism (French) is considered an asset.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and visualization skills aimed at fostering continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals.
  • Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple competing tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and resourcefulness in addressing business challenges.
