**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Canadian Accounting Consultants, a leading CPA recruitment firm. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with financial analysis and planning, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, analyze, and provide key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance business performance
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Perform variance analysis and provide value-added commentary and insights
- Develop metrics and insightful reports to drive performance and support various stakeholders
- Coach and provide financial analyst support as required
Requirements:
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
- 3+ years of public accounting experience, including experience using data automation tools
- Strong preference for hands-on experience with database VBA macro, SQL, and financial modeling skills
- Aptitude for continuous improvement, including processes and controls
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
