About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at JAKU CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Project Management
    • Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including preparing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
    • Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
  • Communication and Administration
    • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to projects and personnel.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction or related field
  • Work Environment
    • Work outdoors in a construction site environment
    • Work in a noisy environment
  • Work Setting
    • Construction site
  • Work Hours
    • 32 to 35 hours per week
