Job Title: Quality Advisor

CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled Quality Advisor to join our Quality and Operational Excellence team in Vancouver. As a Quality Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our services and processes, and contributing to our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal quality audits and prepare reports on findings
  • Develop and maintain the internal quality audit plan, including quality control aspects
  • Support external quality audits and participate in action plans based on findings
  • Analyze non-conformities and conduct interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in implementing systems, processes, and procedures, and provide training to employees and managers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers, both internal and external
  • Support sectors in managing quality-related risks
Qualifications:
  • University degree in engineering, project management, or a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in quality assurance, including 3 years in a similar position
  • Experience in the consulting engineering sector or a service company is an asset
  • Advanced knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
  • Strong MS Office 365 skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, autonomy, and agility
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
  • Internal auditor certification is an asset
  • Lean Six Sigma green belt (or higher) certification is an asset

The expected salary for this position is from $65,000 to $90,000 based on the richness and diversity of the candidate's experience, training, skills, and internal equity. The position or associated salary could vary depending on the profile of the candidate.
