About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Aventura Marketing Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Conduct sales transactions, estimate or quote prices, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
