We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Edo Japan - Stonegate Plaza-Grill and Sushi. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Develop and implement work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing overtime.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
