Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and profitability in North America through the lighting showroom and electrical distribution channels.
  • Oversee the performance of 25+ independent sales agencies, recognizing and acknowledging good sales performances, and providing coaching and mentoring where needed.
  • Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and business acumen.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas to implement process improvements and contribute to solutions to problems or opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in business endeavors.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
  • Product and channel knowledge.
  • 50% travel in Canada and the US for territory visits, trade shows, and conferences.
