As a Sales leader for the defined area, this role is responsible for growing market share and profitability in North America through the lighting showroom and electrical distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee 25+ independent sales agencies and provide coaching and mentoring to sales reps as needed.
- Recognize and acknowledge good sales performances and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Travel extensively throughout Canada and the US to visit territories, attend trade shows and conferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 successful years in a sales management role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
