Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development: Create and implement new recipes for a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
- Production Management: Oversee the production of baked goods, ensuring high-quality products are consistently delivered to our customers.
- Team Leadership: Train and supervise a team of bakers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure our products meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
