We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our Information Technology and Cyber Security efforts at IC Savings. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with third-party IT service providers, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data, and driving the development of our IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Service Provider Management: Manage the performance of our third-party IT service providers, ensuring they meet our contractual obligations and adhere to industry regulations and security standards.
  • Cyber Security: Oversee the development and implementation of our cyber security program, including incident response, software updates, and internet security.
  • IT Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that enhance business performance and drive digital transformation.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with our IT service providers, ensuring they meet our needs and adhere to our policies and procedures.
  • IT Budget Management: Develop and manage our IT budget, including forecasting financial needs and identifying cost savings opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and coach our Technical Support Analyst, developing performance standards and motivating them to achieve or exceed performance standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience in a credit union or financial services environment, with a minimum of 2 years of people management experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to develop and maintain employee engagement, experience managing third-party IT services and vendor relationships, thorough understanding of IT practices and procedures, and ability to advise and influence stakeholders.
