About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Vice President Insurance and AgriStability. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Insurance and AgriStability function, providing direction and management to the teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Insurance and AgriStability teams to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve existing policies and procedures, and establish departmental goals to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Client Officer to formulate and execute the department's tactical plan.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and participate in the development of the organization's overall strategy.

  • A leader with excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to connect with and lead the Insurance team.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in insurance and risk management, with the ability to share knowledge and expertise with the team.

Requirements
  • 10 years of combined education and experience in agriculture insurance and/or financial services industry.
  • Leadership/management experience to lead and motivate staff.
