Its offshore subsidiary, Quantrics, is one of the key companies in the CX industry in the Philippines. Quantrics employs over 6,000 people across three state-of-the-art sites.
We are currently seeking an experienced international leader for an Expat Vice President of PMO, Transformation and Services in the Philippines. Reporting to the President, this person will lead critical business projects, be at the center of organizational transformation and manage the day-to-day operations of the company to drive growth and success. p>
Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO team, ensuring successful project execution, development of strategic roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
- Identify and implement cost-saving and productivity-enhancing measures through data analysis and project oversight.
- Collaborate with business units for optimal resource allocation and personnel deployment.
- Establish and manage dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress and effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
- Drive organizational change by fostering innovation, implementing new technologies, and promoting continuous improvement through efficient processes and automation.
- Oversee the design and implementation of Quantric’s Operational Excellence program.
- Manage daily corporate services, including Facility Management, Procurement, Security, and Logistics.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and develop a robust succession plan for corporate services.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering (advanced degrees and certifications like PMP or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous).
- At least 10 years of leadership experience, with 2-3 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects, operational improvements, and driving transformative initiatives.
- Experience in budget management, operational enhancement, and developing business strategies.
