Senior Vice President of Asset Management

Nordia Inc., a leading provider of customer service solutions, is seeking an experienced international leader to fill the role of Vice President of Project Management Office (PMO) in the Philippines.
This key position will lead critical business projects, drive organizational transformation, and manage day-to-day operations to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO team to ensure successful project execution and development of strategic roadmaps.
- Identify and implement cost-saving and productivity-enhancing measures through data analysis and project oversight.
- Collaborate with business units for optimal resource allocation and personnel deployment.
- Establish and manage dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress and effectiveness of transformation initiatives.
- Drive organizational change by fostering innovation, implementing new technologies, and promoting continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design and implementation of Quantrics' Operational Excellence program.
- Manage daily corporate services, including Facility Management, Procurement, Security, and Logistics.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and develop a robust succession plan for corporate services.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering (advanced degrees and certifications are advantageous).
- At least 10 years of leadership experience, with 2-3 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects, operational improvements, and driving transformative initiatives.
- Experience in budget management, operational enhancement, and developing business strategies.
