Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at 2585398 ALBERTA CORPORATION. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Hotel Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and local attractions.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
