We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at Super 8 Three Hills by Wyndham. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

• Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• Room Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, process guest departures, and calculate charges.
• Clerical Duties: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
• Teamwork: Assist clients/guests with special needs, contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls, and work collaboratively with the front desk team.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: Will train.
• Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
• Security and Safety: Bondable and subject to a criminal record check.
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
