About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician, Controls to join our team at Houle Electric Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and servicing building control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement building automation systems, including programming and commissioning.
  • Integrate various systems, such as chillers, boilers, and lighting panels.
  • Collect and analyze data to optimize system performance.
  • Calibrate temperature and humidity sensors.
  • Train building operators on system usage and maintenance.
  • Select and size control equipment to meet project requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in designing HVAC systems.
  • 4 years of experience in onsite commissioning of HVAC control systems.
  • 3 years of experience in using MS-Visio/MS-Office and mechanical design package tools such as Auto Cad, and Solid Works.
  • Experience with networking, setting up windows server, configuring routers and switches.
  • Knowledge of control system design and electrical control system wiring methods.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree/Diploma.
  • Working knowledge of Reliable Control and/or Schneider EcoStruxure product.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Able to speak, read and write English fluently.
