About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician, Controls to join our team in Burnaby or Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building control systems implementation and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement building automation systems
  • Integrate various systems, including chillers, boilers, and lighting panels
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Calibrate temperature and humidity sensors
  • Train building operators
  • Select and size control equipment to meet project requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in designing HVAC systems
  • 4 years of experience in onsite commissioning of HVAC control systems
  • 3 years of experience in using MS-Visio/MS-Office and mechanical design package tools such as Auto Cad, and Solid Works
  • Experience with networking, setting up windows server, configuring routers and switches
  • Knowledge of control system design and electrical control system wiring methods
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree/Diploma
  • Working knowledge of Reliable Control and/or Schneider EcoStruxure product
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to speak, read and write English fluently
