We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician, Controls to join our team in Burnaby or Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building control systems implementation and servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement building automation systems
- Integrate various systems, including chillers, boilers, and lighting panels
- Collect and analyze data
- Calibrate temperature and humidity sensors
- Train building operators
- Select and size control equipment to meet project requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in designing HVAC systems
- 4 years of experience in onsite commissioning of HVAC control systems
- 3 years of experience in using MS-Visio/MS-Office and mechanical design package tools such as Auto Cad, and Solid Works
- Experience with networking, setting up windows server, configuring routers and switches
- Knowledge of control system design and electrical control system wiring methods
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree/Diploma
- Working knowledge of Reliable Control and/or Schneider EcoStruxure product
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to speak, read and write English fluently
