Culinary Specialist

Leto's Steak and Seafood House Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our vibrant kitchen team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
- Setting: Restaurant, Urban area, Bar
- Transportation: Own vehicle required
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions
- Prepare special meals as directed by dietitians or chefs
- Oversee kitchen cleanliness and food service areas
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and assistants
- Manage inventory and maintain records of food and supplies
- Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Specialties include Canadian, Greek, Italian, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, and Mediterranean cuisines
- Fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
