We are in search of a remarkable Generative ML Engineer who possesses deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and a solid foundation in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) or Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems. This role is crucial for the integration of state-of-the-art LLM technology into our ASR or TTS offerings.
This position is part of the Platform & Core Technology division.
Responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models tailored for ASR or TTS applications utilizing advanced LLMs. Applying your knowledge to train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs, ensuring peak accuracy, naturalness, and performance in ASR or TTS contexts. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams of data scientists, software engineers, and domain specialists to develop bespoke ASR or TTS solutions that harness the capabilities of LLMs. Innovating and refining existing ASR or TTS models by integrating LLM technology, ensuring high performance even in resource-limited environments. Keeping abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and research in generative AI, ASR, TTS, and language modeling, and incorporating new methodologies and best practices to enhance our systems continuously.Qualifications:
Extensive experience in developing Large Language Models, ideally with a focus on ASR or TTS applications. Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline. Strong programming skills in Python and a proven ability to implement complex machine learning algorithms. Demonstrated experience in developing ASR or TTS systems, with a solid understanding of acoustic models, language models, and pronunciation models.
