We are on the lookout for a talented Generative ML Engineer who possesses a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and a solid foundation in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) or Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems. This role is crucial for the integration of advanced LLM technology into our ASR or TTS frameworks.
This position is part of the Platform & Core Technology organization.
Responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models tailored for ASR or TTS applications through the adept use of LLMs. Utilizing your expertise to train, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs, ensuring peak accuracy, naturalness, and performance in ASR or TTS contexts. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams of data scientists, software engineers, and domain specialists to develop bespoke ASR or TTS solutions that harness the capabilities of LLMs. Innovating and refining existing ASR or TTS models by incorporating LLM advancements, guaranteeing optimal performance even in resource-limited environments. Keeping abreast of the latest trends, research, and advancements in generative AI, ASR, TTS, and language modeling, and integrating new methodologies and best practices to enhance system performance.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Extensive experience in developing Large Language Models, with a focus on their application in ASR or TTS systems. Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline. Proficient programming skills in Python, with a strong capability to implement sophisticated machine learning algorithms. Proven experience in developing ASR or TTS systems, with familiarity in acoustic models, language models, and pronunciation models.
