About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Anoop Transport Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle operator work hours, mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate effectively with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to ensure seamless coordination and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking rules and regulations.
  • Problem-Solving and Emergency Response: Respond promptly to urgent calls from individuals in life-threatening situations and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
