Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Swift Accounting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating seminars and conferences.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, including payroll administration, data compilation, and filing systems.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1-2 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
