Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Shiva Transport Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, including scheduling, route planning, and dispatching.
  • Monitor and Control the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Manage and Maintain our fleet of vehicles, including regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Develop and Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies, including safety protocols and environmental standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of drivers and support staff.
