Position Summary:
The Asphalt Equipment Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective execution of highway and paving operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of machinery including rollers, pavers, brooms, skid steers, backhoes, and plate tampers for asphalt application on construction sites.
- Engage in physically demanding tasks requiring significant manual labor.
- Maintain situational awareness to ensure safety on the job site.
- Keep the work area organized and free of hazards by cleaning up tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, utilizing the correct tools and equipment for each task.
- Prioritize the safety of colleagues and self.

Qualifications:
