NRB Construction Limited, a part of the Municipal Group of Companies, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in Saint John, New Brunswick. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of highways and other paving operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various equipment such as Rollers, pavers, brooms, skid steers, backhoe, plate tampers, etc. to apply asphalt to highway/construction projects
  • Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor
  • Maintain a clean job site, picking up tools and equipment to eliminate potential hazards
  • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project completion

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience operating various equipment in a construction environment is an asset
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Effective communication skills to ensure project success
