Mainstreet Equity Corp Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team at Mainstreet Equity Corp. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of our properties through various tasks such as weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, and raking and collecting refuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance
  • Cut grass to ensure a neat and tidy lawn
  • Rake and collect refuse to keep our properties clean
  • Remove litter and garbage to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials to enhance the appearance of our properties
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain their health and appearance
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Criminal record check
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Legal ability to work in Canada
