Job Title: Senior Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Legal Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our lawyers and staff in the preparation and presentation of cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist lawyers in the preparation and presentation of cases, including researching and drafting legal documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing files, preparing court documents, and coordinating with clients.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of legal procedures, laws, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional client service, including responding to client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant.
  • Paralegal or legal assistant certification.
  • Advanced level Word, Adobe, and Excel skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research, writing, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and people skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in personal injury litigation.
  • Knowledge of medical terms used in personal injury cases.
  • Insurance industry experience in personal injury cases.
