Salary Range: $61,500 - $95,750

Position Overview
As a vital member of the Plexxis development team, you will engage in the design, development, and implementation of innovative products and services aimed at modernizing the specialty contracting trades.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on and enhance applications for our clients' existing data while also developing pioneering products that transform the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate effectively with designers, programmers, and both internal and external stakeholders. Assess business requirements and opportunities to maximize value across all Plexxis solutions.
  2. Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Plexxis ERP system.
  3. Design, develop, test, optimize, and implement programs utilizing Oracle Forms/Reports, including user interfaces, external application integration, and printed outputs/reports.
  4. Evaluate available information, leveraging experience and systems knowledge to maintain, analyze, diagnose, identify, and implement solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  5. Investigate, analyze, and document reported issues.
  6. Engage with internal stakeholders, providing training and support.
  7. Troubleshoot challenges before, during, and after implementation.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  9. Assist in drafting and refining key payroll and job costing reports.
  10. Work closely with internal stakeholders and Plexxis developers to create and deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications
  1. Genuine interest in Data and Technology.
  2. Hands-on experience in customer service-related roles. A true passion for assisting others is essential.
  3. Enthusiastic about building rapport and fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
  4. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Basic knowledge of Database/SQL.
