About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Next Level Childcare Society. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Collaborate with our experienced educators to design and implement engaging programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
    • Lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and a love for learning.
  • Child Care and Support
    • Provide individualized attention and care to children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
    • Assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and education.
    • Collaborate with our team to maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's progress and development.
    • Submit written observations and reports to our educators and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Punctuality and dependability.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reliability and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
