We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Lifemark Physiotherapy Blackburn & Taylor Kidd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Coordinate patient intake and scheduling
- Assist with data entry and billing
- Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director

Qualifications- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- 1-3 years of work experience in a rehabilitation clinic setting
