About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers in the construction industry, while also identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales revenue by developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or steel products industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
