Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at 686949 NB LTD. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel operations and financial transactions during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and Resolve Complaints: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Room Management: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process room changes and cancellations.
  • Financial Transactions: Process guest payments, balance cash, and complete financial reports.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of hotel rooms, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Emergency Procedures: Follow established emergency and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or motel setting.
  • Language: Bilingual language skills are an asset.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
