Global Compensation and Benefits Strategist

At SOTI Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing total rewards programs that support the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze compensation and benefits practices to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement global strategies for compensation and benefits programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and improve total rewards offerings.
- Conduct pay equity analysis and develop communication strategies to review and socialize findings.
- Partner with Finance and P&C to assess, develop, and implement compensation-related processes.
Requirements:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CPP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and strong numeric, data manipulation, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Self-starter attitude with a high degree of initiative and a positive mindset.
