Lead Analyst, Global Compensation Strategy

As a Lead Analyst in Global Compensation, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, and management of the organization's global compensation frameworks, encompassing base salary and short-term incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough job evaluations and market research to establish pay grades and participate in compensation surveys.
- Ensure that market adjustment requests are substantiated by market data, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
- Analyze and interpret global compensation data, identifying trends and best practices to maintain competitive and equitable compensation programs aligned with business objectives.
- Engage in global salary surveys and market assessments, providing informed recommendations on salary structures and adjustments based on findings.
- Maintain the global job catalog and grading system through detailed job analysis and evaluation.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of global compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Support the annual corporate compensation review process, including merit and incentive analysis through data modeling and reporting.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and managers to address compensation program needs and practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, legal, and finance, to ensure the integrity and compliance of compensation data and processes.
- Provide support for ad hoc projects and requests as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in global and domestic compensation is required, with 7 years preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in job analysis, job evaluation, and compensation survey methodologies.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify key trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
