- Oversee daily operational tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Document meeting discussions and decisions.
- Arrange appointments and manage schedules.
- Develop and implement training strategies.
- Handle phone communications and relay messages.
- Gather and analyze data for reporting purposes.
- Procure office supplies as needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Comprehensive dental and health care plan.
- Type: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
