As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our project teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and maintain project materials, including drawings, specifications, purchase orders, design plans, and contract documents.
  • Prepare change order documentation and track contracts and purchase orders.
  • Assist with sample and shop drawing review, distribution, and final approvals.
  • Report on project progress and productivity to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with on-site and company-wide health and safety protocols and policies.
  • Communicate with subtrades to assist in budgeting and scope of work understanding.
  • Review designs and determine cost-effective construction methods.

Requirements

  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum one to two years of experience in construction as a Project Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and other construction-related software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on site and be actively involved in project execution.
