Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at BRIO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project quotations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer requests.
  • Oversee order management, including receipt of customer orders, entry of orders into our system, and coordination of production and delivery.
  • Analyze and improve gross profit margins to ensure competitiveness.
  • Coordinate trial production of new products, including receipt of small batch orders and organization of internal personnel for production.
  • Handle customer complaints, responding to reports and following up on improvements.
  • Collaborate with overseas companies to complete project-related work.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with knowledge of EMS production and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a good sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English reading and writing skills, or overseas project experience preferred.
