The Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team for an exciting upcoming project in Brentwood. This role offers hands-on training and professional mentorship from experienced Project Managers, trade partners, and field operations staff. As a Project Coordinator, you will ensure timely and accurate flow of information regarding project details and safety protocols to subtrades, clients/owners, architects, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, organize, and maintain all project materials, including drawings, specifications, purchase orders, design plans, contract documents, and file correspondence.
  • Prepare change order documentation and track all contracts change orders and purchase orders.
  • Assist with the sample and shop drawing review process, including review, distribution, and final approvals electronically.
  • Report on project progress and productivity to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with on-site and company-wide health and safety protocols and policies.
  • Communicate with subtrades to assist in budgeting and ensure they understand their scope of work.
  • Review designs and use knowledge of construction methods to determine the most cost-effective approach.
Requirements
  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum one to two years of experience in construction on-site as a Project Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and other construction-related software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on site and be actively involved in project execution.
