About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in aeronautical operations, with experience in managing customer relationships and driving business growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage onboarding and training for airlines' users
- Boost customer adoption and engagement
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure it remains high
- Conduct analysis to optimize airlines' operations and provide consulting offers
- Advocate for customers' needs with internal teams
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the Marketing & Sales team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautics or a related field
- Experience in aeronautical operations, flight operations, or airline management
- Knowledge of fuel optimization, dispatch, safety, and punctuality
- Ability to listen to customers and identify their needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, with good level in French, Spanish, and Portuguese
